Installation and Use Instructions for Ozone Generator Tube (Water Cooling)
The ozone generator tube uses special high-purity ceramic tubes as dielectrics, which have the advantages of high dielectric constant and long life. The inner electrode is made of high-quality stainless steel, with uniform discharge gap and high ozone concentration. This product uses high-quality fluororubber seals and mechanical seals, which are easy to install and maintain.
Precautions:
1. Please use clean and dry oxygen as the air source.
2. Please connect the ground wire when installing the fixed bracket.
3. Please connect the red high-voltage wire to the outer shell of the generator tube, and the yellow high-voltage wire to the generator tube bracket.
4. The high-voltage connection wire must be installed firmly.
5. When installing the high-voltage power supply, the bottom must ensure a safe distance of 30 mm from the installation fixing plate.
6. The safety distance between the high-voltage power supply and the generator tube should not be less than 100 mm.
7. The safety distance between the high-voltage power supply and the high-voltage power supply should not be less than 100 mm.
8. The recommended air intake flow rate of the generator tube is 0.3-1m3/h.
9. The cooling water temperature must not be lower than the ambient temperature by 5 degrees Celsius.
10. Please install the water cooling pipe vertically, and the cooling water should be inlet from the bottom and outlet from the top to ensure the cooling effect.
11. There must be water flowing out of the outlet before the pipe works, and it is forbidden to work without water.
