Ozone Generator

Ozone is also known as triatomic oxygen, commonly known as "blessed oxygen, super oxygen, active oxygen", and its molecular formula is O3. At room temperature and pressure, ozone is a light blue gas with a natural and fresh smell. Ozone has extremely poor stability and can decompose into oxygen at room temperature. Therefore, ozone cannot be stored and is generally produced on site for immediate use. Ozone is currently known to be a broad-spectrum, efficient, fast, safe, and non-secondary pollution sterilizing gas that can kill bacterial spores, viruses, fungi, etc., and can destroy botulinum toxins. It can kill Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella, Flavours, Fusarium, Icelandic Penicillium, black variant spores, natural bacteria, gonococci, etc. attached to fruits, vegetables, meat and other foods. It can also kill infectious viruses such as hepatitis A and B, and can also remove the toxicity of pesticide residues and detergent residues in fruits and vegetables. Its mechanism for degrading pesticides is to directly destroy their chemical bonds. Ozone can kill viruses and bacteria, and healthy cells have a strong balance system, so ozone is harmless to healthy cells.

Precautions for equipment installation
1. All ozone disinfection equipment uses high-voltage switching power supply, and some components carry mains
high voltage. Non-professionals cannot touch the circuit. The inside of the ozone generator is high-voltage
and cannot be touched during the operation of the machine.
2. In order to prevent the water level from flowing back into the ozone disinfection equipment, the height of the mixer outlet must be higher than the horizontal height of the water tank top during installation. If conditions permit, it is better to be higher. Otherwise, the water level contrast will cause water to enter the ozone generator and cause serious consequences.
3. It is strictly forbidden to block the water outlet of the mixer, and any form of blocking is not allowed. Blocking the water outlet can easily cause water to enter the ozone generator, causing serious consequences.
4. The machine is usually placed horizontally on the ground in a ventilated, dry, clean and -5℃<room temperature≤45℃, but there should be no flammable, explosive items (such as flammable gases, etc.) and strong radioactive substances around.
5. For personal safety, please install a three-core power cord (live wire, ground wire, neutral wire) and set up a separate power switch. Do not use the starting power supply together with other equipment. The single-phase power supply voltage is 220V±10% (if it exceeds this value, a voltage stabilizer must be installed to avoid machine failure), and the machine must be well grounded (the grounding resistance must be less than 4 ohms).
6. Connect the equipment and other equipment as required. The ozone outlet should be connected to ozone-resistant pipes (stainless steel or polyvinyl chloride, etc.).
7. Avoid strong vibration and large angle tilt when loading, unloading, transporting and installing the ozone generator.
★ Note: Remember to connect the ground wire well!
Precautions for using the ozone machine
1. It cannot be used beyond the volume range. Different models of machines have their maximum disinfection range.
Please do not exceed the specified disinfection volume range, otherwise it will affect the disinfection effect.
2. If any abnormal phenomenon is found during the operation of the machine, please stop the machine and cut off the power immediately.
3. There is high voltage in the chassis. When maintaining the machine, the power must be cut off first.
4. Ozone is corrosive to ordinary rubber products, metal products, etc. Non-corrosive items and equipment must be removed from the disinfection environment of the machine. 5. If ozone leakage occurs, the ozone generator must be turned off immediately, and the ventilation equipment must be turned on for ventilation. Then exit the ozone generator space immediately and wait until the residual ozone in the space drops to a safe range before entering again.
